Electrical Installation,
Upgrades and Testing.
QTC is capable of
performing installation of testing radio electronics and
passive components for all types of communications networks.
We managed the first three wholesale systems electronic
equipment change-outs in the world's wireless networks. Our technicians install, test and
align all types of point to point microwave paths, radio
base station equipment HFC plant actives and passives,
lasers, regenerators, antenna systems, routing and billing
switches, cabling, power supplies, interface devices,
modems, and other network electronic components.

New Technology
Installation.
We have managed miles of HFC equipment, performed sweeping of forward and
reverse paths for video, high-speed access and telephony
applications. We have installed thousands of miles of fiber
optics and hundreds of lasers, including DWDM technology,
and performed specified performance testing using the
specifications of the manufacturing and of our clients when
they have overriding performance criteria.

Cost control begins during
design with value engineering, constructability reviews, and
sound estimates. To monitor costs and schedules, specific
control systems are established and updated regularly. QTC
tracks progress continuously by breaking down the master
schedule into milestones and measurable increments. Once the
project goes into construction, QTC maintains tight control
on daily expenditures and on the budget in general. Cash
flows and cost trends are monitored by computerized systems
that record and analyze any variation from projections.
