Tracking System

Here are some of the powerful features of our services:

1. Access.  A Performance Tracking System is a multi-user application.  Multiple users can modify their functional data simultaneously on the same site or ancillary sites.  Data can be updated as tasks are completed allowing up-to-date reporting upon request.  Information is shared among all levels.

2. Detailed Information.  The software enables your team to start site development  tasks quickly and efficiently.  Data input in the database covers all aspects of site development including radio frequency engineering, leasing, zoning, and construction information for several candidates for each site or search ring.  Details can be tracked and viewed by all.  This significantly reduces the risk of missing items which otherwise might become gating to getting site on air.

3. Scheduling. Tracking acheivements against goals enables the project manager, team, and site development director to manage system development on an individual, team or geographic basis.  Forecasting completion dates enables every project manager to wisely prioritize responsibilities.

4. Generation of Forms.  Data input for sites and candidates automatically translates into printed forms.  Duplicative data entry and form generation efforts are avoided.  Forms used in the field match data entry forms.

5. Locator Maps.  Software accesses MapInfo to automatically create site locator maps that are easy to read and change, when necessary.

6. Reporting Options.  Built-in reports enable  management analysis of site development progress.  Such reports including market overview, overall project production, milestone summaries, sites at risk, lease production, staffing, and budget.  Certain reports can assist in the site aquisition process - ensuring timely completion.  These are powerful tools for managing work, resources, and personnel.

7. Marketing.  This product offers the unique ability to capture market specific data, including client, vendor and jurisdictional information, project resources and a cariety of site and project contact details.

8. Large Capacity.  Our tracking services are able to handle large amounts of data within one geographic market area.  Inter-project relationships and shared resources across many sites give the user the power to manage data in serious project management environments.  This product will track several hundred sites simultaneously.  Ideal for large or small projects.
