Property Rights Agreements.  

QTC has secured many separate agreements for property rights and have the most extensive knowledge of potential landlord's and lessor's or individual properties and rights of way in any company in the industry. QTC can provide every possible type of property acquisition service for communications networks. We have conducted aerial, underground, wireless and electrical upgrades, and underwater feasibility studies for rights of way for long haul networks. We have formed partnerships and multi-site arrangements all over the world, including many agreements with municipalities, utilities, state agencies and federal agencies.
